Delivery & Returns
Providing the item is in stock, we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-4 working days.
This does not include weekends and bank holidays.
Free postage is offered for orders £10 (inc. VAT) or over within the UK, providing the weight does not exceed 5kg.
Lovely Paper Stuff cannot be responsible for items once they have been dispatched. If you wish your items to be insured, please contact us prior to payment and we will set up a separate payment for this.
Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to the dispatch of your goods.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your items for alternative products or receive a refund minus the postage and packaging costs.
Refunds and Exchanges will only be given if the goods are returned within 10 days from receipt of your order, and if the good are in perfect condition for re-sale, and unopened.
To return any products to us, please email us at email@example.com and we will be able to advise you.
When posting the returns, please enclose a copy of the delivery note and detail which items are being returned with the goods.
We will not be responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. Therefore we strongly recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery.
Buyers are also responsible for any costs that occur when returning goods.
The refund will be issued when the stock is accepted back into our warehouse. Once a refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you. Refunds will be paid on the same card as the order was processed and funds should reach you within 10 to 12 working days.
Should you select a more expensive item for the exchange, please contact us prior to purchase.
